Card Payment

Cash Payment

Payment by card can be made:

  • Upon receipt of goods from the carrier / pickup of goods from the pickup location (cannot be guaranteed, not all drivers and pick-up places have a payment terminal)
  • Online when placing an order
  • With the carrier upon receipt of goods (cash on delivery)

Ordering Goods

Goods can be ordered as follows:

Order statuses:

  • through the website (when ordering through the website, the user is continuously informed about the status of the order by email)
  • Order has been accepted for processing
  • Being processed
  • Completed
  • Canceled


Shipping of Goods

Goods are dispatched as soon as possible. If the goods are in stock, it's usually within two working days.

Delivery by Zásilkovna

Delivery by Czech Post

When ordering delivery by the courier company Zásilkovna, the price of the goods includes the cost of transport according to Zásilkovna tariffs. The delivery is usually delivered to the customer the day after it is sent. Documents for the goods (tax document and possibly warranty card) are included in the shipment.

When ordering delivery by Czech Post, postage is calculated according to Czech Post rates. Documents for the goods (tax document and possibly warranty card) are included in the shipment.


Claims Procedure

A warranty on goods is provided for a period of 24 months from the date of sale, subject to valid claims conditions and proper conditions of use. (The exception is goods manufactured before 2002, which have a 6-month warranty from the date of sale.)

Claims are made at the address of FALLENS AIRSOFT s.r.o., Na Bezděkově 1738, Benešov, 256 01 in person, or by sending goods to this address. The cost of sending the goods to our address is borne by the customer.

The warranty does not cover:

  • models disassembled by the customer
  • incomplete models
  • mechanically damaged components (except manufacturing defects in material – visible bubbles in the break, underfillings, etc.)
  • models clogged with a foreign body (bead, bearing ball, etc.) or damaged by firing a cracked, dirty, or unsuitable pellet
  • normal wear and tear


Order Cancellation

It's possible to cancel an order until the moment it has been dispatched. If the goods are not accepted by the customer, the customer is obliged to pay all costs incurred by the company for the return of the goods.


Withdrawal from the Contract and Return of Ordered Goods without Reason

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment. It is not possible to withdraw from the contract in the case of personal collection of goods at the headquarters or in the store.

To comply with the 14-day deadline for filing a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to submit a declaration before its expiry to the address of FALLENS AIRSOFT s.r.o., Na Bezděkově 1738, Benešov, 256 01, or by email to The return of mutual performance by the parties should be made immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the day FALLENS AIRSOFT s.r.o. received the Buyer's declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

FALLENS AIRSOFT s.r.o. can withhold the payment received from the Buyer until the returned item is received or until the Buyer provides confirmation of sending the item, depending on which event occurs earlier.

Goods should be sent at your own expense by Czech Post or a courier service (not cash on delivery) to the address of FALLENS AIRSOFT s.r.o., Na Bezděkově 1738, Benešov, 256 01. Goods offered as a set must be returned as a whole. Returned goods must be in original packaging, must not be damaged, and must not have wear marks beyond usual handling of the purchased goods. In case of return of incomplete, damaged goods or goods with wear marks exceeding the usual handling frame, FALLENS AIRSOFT s.r.o. can claim compensation from the buyer for the value of the damage or wear, whereby the amount of this compensation can be deducted from the amount of the sales price to be returned to the buyer. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded.

The amount for the returned goods will be transferred in the same way as the payment was made. In the case of cash on delivery, the payment will be transferred by bank transfer.


Withdrawal from the Contract by the Operator

The operator reserves the right to correct the price of goods before shipping the goods if the goods were offered at an incorrect price. In such a case, the customer must be informed of the correct price and must agree with the price adjustment. Otherwise, the purchase contract will not be concluded and the order will be canceled by the operator.


Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes

If the parties to the dispute are not satisfied with the quality of the out-of-court settlement of the consumer dispute and believe that there has been a breach of the Rules for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes during the proceedings, they can file a complaint at the address of the Ministry of Industry and Trade or the email address
  8. In cross-border disputes, the European Consumer Centre of the Czech Republic helps consumers access the relevant out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entity.
  9. The parties bear the costs associated with the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes themselves.
